This is to enable us to explore the suitability of our machine for your particular project requirements. The key things that need to be checked are a) site location, b) site accessibility and c) site environment. In some cases this can be done using images/videos of the site and this also helps us to better understand your needs both equipment and personnel wise.
Once the site has been assessed and final charges quoted and agreed then the next stage is to complete service level agreements required for equipment insurance as well as ensuring both parties agree to the terms of service. Please note Munjiri Merchants has insurance in place for the transportation and use of its equipment. It is assumed that hirers have separate insurance in place to cover any on-site mishaps in particular to personnel on-site both Munjiri personnel and employees of the hirer.
Once site assessment and agreements are complete, the final stage is to conclude with finalising the delivery date/start date and time of the hired equipment and personnel.
During the duration of the hire period, Munjiri Merchants is fully responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of its leased machinery. Any time lost due to downtime will be added to the agreed end date.
On completion Munjiri Merchants will arrange to collect it’s plant machinery and the hire agreement concludes.
